The Secret is Out

Well, it's not exactly a secret that Mike Wilner, the Blue Jays analyst at The Fan 590, is my younger brother -- I kind of made a point of bringing that up earlier this month -- but now the linkage is propagating throughout the tubes, with David Jones paying a very kind tribute to both of us on his blog at the Thornley Fallis site.

I bring this up because I realize that, in the hectic pre-Festival madness, I forgot to follow up on that Toronto Star media survey. Mike wound up placing third for "Best Baseball Analyst", behind Pat Tabler and Rance Mulliniks, both of whom are TV commentators (for Rogers SportsNet) and ex-players. Which makes Mike the number-one radio analyst and the number-one civilian commentator, as far as I can tell.

So: Yay, Mike! And, well, how about those Jays?

... seriously, how about them? I really don't pay attention to that stuff.
