Imagine Me and You

This week on Someone Else’s Movie, my guest is musician Luke Lalonde of Born Ruffians (and his own solo projects), who makes a pretty solid acting debut in Pavan Moondi’s comedy Sundowners this Friday at the TIFF Bell Lightbox.

(Well, he made it a while back but the film only opens this week, so you see what I mean.)

Luke picked Spike Jonze’s Adaptation, the genre-and-reality-warping Charlie Kaufman comedy in which Nicolas Cage gives what might be the performance of his career, and Meryl Streep and Chris Cooper are pretty good too. If you’ve seen it, it needs no explanation; if you haven’t … well, you should probably see it before you listen to the episode.

But when you’re ready, go to it! You can find it at all the usual spots — waiting for you on Apple PodcastsGoogle Play, Stitcher, or just downloadable straight from the site. And enjoy it! I sure did.
