Merry Christmas, Movie Houses!

There aren’t too many openings today, since most studios dropped their big ones last week. But there are a couple of movies landing in Toronto, and these are they:

All the Money in the World: Now starring Christopher Plummer instead of Kevin Spacey, still not particularly distinguished. Remember Body of Lies? You kinda liked that, right? Same deal.

Molly’s Game: Aaron Sorkin’s directorial debut lets Jessica Chastain and Idris Elba trade monologues about ethics and morality while movie stars play poker. So, you know.

Honestly, you’re better off going to the Lightbox and watching something in 70mm this week. 2001Lawrence! Honestly, there’s nothing better.
